New house number two

So I left off with the bathroom.

The living room is kinda boring picture wise.
This is an example of what our living room will look like completed. As you can see we have a beautiful arch looking into the dining room. Also where I am standing is the entrance into the kitchen.

The wood on the right is the stain that I chose for both the floors and the kitchen cabinets.
Next is the kitchen
The stove top
The sink
My double oven (love it)
What our back splash will look like
The granite we picked, with tile, and glass tile. The dark tile in the pattern I think we decided will be the darker tile from the bathroom

So the last rooms I have a picture of are what I am going to make my craft room. They are going to have double french doors and it is going to be hardwood in there. Its going to be awesome.
The last last thing is the backyard:

New House number one

So Jeremy and I put on offer down on our first house today :) We both feel so grown up. The house we decided to go with was the one that was only studs no drywall (This was the one I was hoping for). What that means is I got to pick out all of the colors of the house that I wanted.

So now for the tour of our house (with completed portions of other houses thrown in)

The front of the house

We added a concrete pad to the side of the house that will look like this
We did this to have an extra parking spot and to park RV's or boats on.

We have a two car garage and then mud/laundry room off the garage it will look like this when done

Next to the laundry room is the master bedroom/bathroom. The ceilings are vaulted and we got what we call mood lighting installed into so we can dim the lights if we want. We also have the same feature in our living room.

So we have his and her closets that surround the bathtub. Jeremy thinks its weird to have the closets in the bathroom but I think that its really cool, I kinda dig it.
Here is a picture of what our shower will look like complete with double shower head and bench seat, we are also getting a soap shelf put on the other side. The bench will be part of our granite left over from the kitchen.

The next two pictures are the layout of the shower/bath tile and the tile that I chose. The left tile will be the lighter tile on the wall and the right the darker color. The left tile is also the tile that is running on the floor through out the house.
